Our Agile development methodology is based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between your team and our team. Tasks and features are broken down into small increments with minimal planning. 'Sprints' are iterations that may typically last from two to six weeks and the working product is demonstrated to you at end of each 'Sprint'. This helps minimize overall risk, and lets the project adapt to changes quickly. The goal is to have an available release with working features at the end of each 'Sprint' . Multiple iterations may be required to release a product or new features.

Our Rapid application development (RAD) methodology involves rapid prototyping. The initial requirements analysis and design phase is interleaved with development of prototypes and partial implementation of the software. Our rapid application development methodology involves iterative development and the construction of prototypes.

Our Waterfall model involves overlapping sequential phases of project initiation, analysis, technical design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

All project related tasks are planned, scheduled, managed and tracked through Microsoft Project Planner or Excel or any other tool as per your needs. Project progress reporting is sent weekly to you to report planning and project tracking on all assigned tasks. Tasks are managed via a Project Management tool; you are provided an access to view the status of any task in real time.
