Business Models

Every business is different and hence has its own unique strategy to respond to market dynamics. These strategies change from time to time. Decos understands clients’ practical execution concerns and hence offers flexible engagement models for clients to choose from as per his market strategy.

Decos offers following engagement models to offer you competitive advantage in the marketplace.

  • Fixed Price (FP) model:
This model is proposed for projects that have a clear list of requirements and time schedule. It is suitable for small to medium size development projects. Based on the requirement list an estimate is prepared and send for approval to the client. The project work begins after client’s approval on requirement and cost.

  • Time and material (T & M) model:
This model is proposed for projects that do not have a clear list of requirements and time schedule is not known. This model is suitable for medium to large development projects. In this model client pays the agreed amount for the efforts in number of development hours. The agreement is not for a particular period but for a project where the client is billed on a monthly basis or otherwise as per the agreement.

  • Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) model:
This model is proposed for the clients who eventually want to take over the development team. It is advisable for companies who want to have their own facility at India at later stage.
Decos strives to develop a mutually beneficial, long term relationship with our partners; 'Once a client; always a client' is the Motto that Decos aims to achieve. Decos portrays itself more as a business partner and not as an offshore vendor. Decos embraces the business objectives and aspirations of partners and seamlessly incorporate them in Decos' processes.
